BackNSync — Product Terms

Purpose

BackNSync is an organization and productivity service that may support tasks, notes, lists, projects, reminders, files, contacts, calendars, shared records, and other productivity features.

Critical records

BackNSync is not intended to serve as the sole repository for information whose loss would cause material harm. Maintain appropriate independent copies or exports of critical records.

Financial and planning features

Where BackNSync includes financial organization, budgeting, scheduling, or similar tools, those tools are informational and organizational only and do not constitute accounting, tax, investment, legal, or financial advice.

Sharing and organizations

Users are responsible for choosing appropriate recipients and permissions. Organization administrators may control access to organization data and may add, remove, or manage authorized users as permitted by the Service.

Privacy

User-entered tasks, notes, files, reminders, contacts, calendar-related records, and similar content are handled under the Gylt.me Privacy & Consumer Health Data Policy.
