1. Ownership

The Gylt.me websites, software applications, services, source code, object code, original audiovisual displays, original user-interface artwork and expression, graphics, icons, documentation, written content, and other copyrightable materials created by or for Gylt.me LLC (collectively, the “Gylt.me Materials”) are owned by or licensed to Gylt.me LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Copyright protection applies only to protectable expression. Nothing in this notice claims copyright ownership over ideas, facts, procedures, processes, systems, methods of operation, functional concepts, algorithms, logic, or other subject matter that applicable copyright law does not protect.

2. No Unauthorized Reproduction or Distribution

Except as expressly authorized by Gylt.me LLC, an applicable end-user license, an applicable third-party license, or applicable law, no person may reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, or prepare derivative works from the Gylt.me Materials.

3. Software License

Gylt.me software is licensed, not sold. Use is governed by the applicable End User License Agreement, marketplace terms, subscription terms, and any other applicable written agreement. Download, installation, purchase, subscription, or use does not transfer ownership of Gylt.me software or intellectual property.

4. Confidential and Trade-Secret Materials

Certain non-public source code, architecture, security information, business information, development materials, unreleased product information, and other non-public materials may constitute confidential information and/or trade secrets of Gylt.me LLC. Publicly disclosed information is not treated as confidential merely because it is proprietary.

5. User Content

This notice does not transfer to Gylt.me LLC ownership of content or information that a user lawfully enters, uploads, creates, or provides through a Gylt.me product. Rights relating to user-provided content and data are governed by the applicable Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and other applicable agreements.

6. Third-Party Materials

Gylt.me products may include third-party software, libraries, frameworks, fonts, assets, or other materials governed by separate licenses. Those materials remain subject to their applicable license terms. Nothing in this notice restricts rights granted under an applicable open-source or other third-party license.

7. Marks

Gylt.me™, Your Meds Today™, and BackNSync™ are claimed marks of Gylt.me LLC. Trademark and brand-use terms are addressed separately in the Gylt.me Trademark & Brand Notice.

8. Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Gylt.me LLC. No implied license is granted.

1. Claimed Marks

Gylt.me LLC currently claims trademark rights, subject to applicable law and actual use, in the following unregistered marks:

BackNSync™

No ® symbol is used because this notice does not represent that any of these marks is federally registered.

2. No Implied Brand License

No right to use a Gylt.me mark is granted by access to or use of a Gylt.me website, application, service, document, API, or other material except as expressly authorized in writing.

3. Lawful Referential Use

Nothing in this notice is intended to prohibit lawful nominative, descriptive, comparative, editorial, or other use that applicable law permits. Any such use must not falsely suggest sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, or origin by Gylt.me LLC.

4. Brand Misuse

using a Gylt.me mark in a manner likely to cause confusion regarding source, sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement;

using confusingly similar branding for unauthorized products or services in a manner that violates applicable trademark law;

altering an official Gylt.me logo or icon and presenting it as an authorized official version without permission;

registering or using a domain, social handle, app name, or account name in a misleading manner that falsely suggests an official Gylt.me property; or

using Gylt.me branding in counterfeit, deceptive, fraudulent, or unlawful materials.

5. Third-Party Marks

Third-party names, logos, products, and services remain the property of their respective owners. Reference does not imply endorsement or affiliation unless expressly stated.
