Your Meds Today does not provide diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, or professional medical advice and is not a substitute for a physician, pharmacist, emergency service, or other qualified health professional.
You are responsible for confirming medication names, dosages, schedules, instructions, inventory counts, measurements, caregiver settings, and other health information entered into the Service. Instructions from a licensed clinician, pharmacist, prescription label, or other authoritative source control over information displayed by the app.
Reminders, notifications, caregiver alerts, emails, schedules, and other time-sensitive functions can be delayed, blocked, duplicated, interrupted, or unavailable because of device settings, network conditions, operating-system behavior, third-party services, account status, battery settings, time-zone changes, software defects, or other factors.
Do not rely on Your Meds Today as the only method for taking medication, responding to an urgent health condition, or supervising another person.
Caregiver features are coordination tools only. They do not create a professional, fiduciary, medical, custodial, or emergency-monitoring relationship. Each user is responsible for determining whether they have the authority and consent required to view, enter, modify, or share another person’s information.
Your Meds Today may process medication use or purchase, dosage and treatment schedules, dose history, adherence information, blood pressure, weight, physical activity, symptoms, measurements, goals, health-related notes, and similar information you choose to record.
Gylt.me does not sell consumer health data and does not use Your Meds Today health data for targeted or behavioral advertising.
Your Meds Today is a consumer application and is not represented as a HIPAA-covered healthcare provider or health plan. Other laws or contractual obligations may apply depending on a particular use.
Applicable privacy rights can include access, correction, deletion, portability, and consent withdrawal. Account deletion does not automatically cancel a marketplace subscription.
